Who we are
Every stay we arrange begins the same way: a conversation. We want to know who is coming, what matters to them, and what kind of holiday they are hoping for. From there, everything is built around that.
We are a small, experienced team based in Phuket. Our work is personal by design. Every villa in our collection is either fully managed by us, or has one of our concierge team on the ground during your stay. Not a contact number. Not a third party. Someone who knows the villa, knows the island, and is there to look after you.
That might mean a private chef menu planned around your family's preferences, a boat arranged for the afternoon, or simply knowing which beach is quieter on a Saturday. The details are different for every group. The level of care is always the same.
Personal concierge
Every 88 Best Villas stay comes with personal concierge support: not a helpdesk, not an automated system. A real person, based in Phuket, who knows your villa, knows the surrounding area, and is reachable throughout your stay.
Before you arrive, your villa manager works with you on the details that matter: airport transfers, meal preferences, special occasions, excursions, or simply how to spend your days. During your stay, they are available when you need them, and quiet when you don't.
Our story
We started in 2014 with a single property: Villa Talaefun, an oceanfront villa on Millionaire's Mile in Kamala. We grew slowly and deliberately, taking on new villas only when we were confident we could look after them properly. Every owner came to us through word of mouth. Most of our guests keep coming back.
Today the collection is 6 private villas in Kamala, from 5 to 7 bedrooms, and growing to 10. Some are fully managed by us; others are owner-managed villas where we send our own concierge to be on site for each stay. In both cases, guests receive the same 88 Best Villas experience, and we only work with villas we know well: properties with strong teams, owners who care, and the quality to deliver a stay we are proud to be associated with.
